Four-month on-site HR consulting project managing delivery of HR regulations and an integrated HR Management Framework across workstreams, stakeholders, governance and bilingual deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Manage plan, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate current-state assessment, HR regulations, policies/procedures, operating model, job architecture, grading, HR plans and implementation materials.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops/interviews/reviews.
- Coordinate draft-review cycles and close stakeholder comments.
- Maintain alignment across HR policies, job architecture, reward, competencies and career paths.
- Coordinate HR subject-matter and legal inputs and assure Arabic/English consistency.
- Maintain governance, status reports, action logs, issue/risk registers and decisions.
- Support change management, communications, training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably HR transformation or Human Capital consulting.
- Strong project/stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive communication.
- Experience with complex HR transformation, policy, operating-model or organizational-development projects.
- UAE government/public-sector experience.
- Big-4 or leading Human Capital/People Advisory background strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
