We are reaching out about an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading organization in the oil and gas sector, as a Sales Coordinator based in Fujairah. This permanent role is central to keeping their commercial, logistics, and customer operations running smoothly. You will be a key link between internal teams and customers, ensuring orders move efficiently from confirmation through to dispatch and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and manage incoming orders (including high-priority bulk orders) in the ERP system within tight timelines.
• Execute accurate local and export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists).
• Liaise with purchase, warehouse, and finance teams to arrange delivery vehicles, manage order/sample dispatches, and meet daily shipping schedules.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on order statuses, tracking, and logistics inquiries while supporting daily sales workflows.
• Resolve pricing or dispatch discrepancies, issue debit/credit notes, and coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) to maintain strict compliance.
• Generate regular Sales Coordination reports and collaborate with IT to ensure smooth ERP order management operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Academic Bachelor
• Experience: 6-9 Years
