Role Overview

Bilingual media and communications role strengthening New Country Healthcare's corporate reputation, media presence and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage corporate communication channels; develop English and Arabic content; plan communication initiatives and media campaigns; build media relationships; draft press materials and leadership communications; coordinate corporate events and influencer collaborations; manage partnerships and co-marketing initiatives; support internal communications; coordinate photography, video and creative production; monitor media and communication risk; support crisis messaging; and keep communications consistent, approved and compliant.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Journalism or related discipline; five to seven years in corporate communications, PR, media relations or integrated communications; excellent written/spoken English and Arabic; experience with bilingual content, media relations, campaigns, events, stakeholders, influencers and partnerships. Healthcare/pharma/wellness/FMCG or another regulated industry is preferred. Familiarity with CMS, social media, media-monitoring, analytics, SEO and Microsoft Office is required; basic Canva/design skills are advantageous.
