Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Logistics Operational Readiness Plan and logistics risk registers.
• Plan supply and transportation of personnel and materials across marine, air and land routes.
• Analyse forecast logistics demand and coordinate requirements with operations and drilling groups.
• Manage business-continuity planning and change-management submissions.
• Oversee logistics budgets, cost-benefit reviews and service-level agreements.
• Coordinate purchasing requests, supplier performance and invoice settlements.
• Establish logistics interface procedures and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and support compliance with HSE and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, commerce or business administration.
• At least 17 years’ experience in logistics, budgeting and planning.
• Knowledge of operational-readiness planning, risk registers and business continuity.
• Hands-on budget control, cost-benefit analysis and SLA management.
• English-language proficiency.
