3. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost and commercial advisory services for aviation clients.
• Define regional aviation cost and commercial strategy.
• Advise airport authorities, government entities and private investors.
• Develop capital expenditure plans, cost models and investment strategies.
• Oversee commercial structuring, procurement strategies and contract frameworks.
• Lead and mentor cost and commercial teams.
• Develop aviation cost benchmarks and drive bids, client engagement and business development.
• Maintain governance, risk management and financial control.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience, including extensive aviation-sector cost/commercial work.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership or management.
• Experience leading large aviation infrastructure projects and capital programmes.
• Strong knowledge of terminals, airside and landside development and commercial models such as EPC, Design & Build and PPP.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS, FRICS, PMP or CCP certification is preferred.
• Experience with major international airport operators or aviation authorities is preferred.
• ICAO, FAA or EASA familiarity is preferred.
• Middle East and multi-geography experience is highly desirable.
