Agility Global is recruiting an FP&A Analyst in Abu Dhabi to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, strategic planning, KPI reporting and investment analysis.

2. Job Description

The analyst supports management with forward-looking financial analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, while building scenarios, dashboards and valuation work for strategic decisions.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Support budgets, rolling forecasts and variance / trend analysis.
• Build P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow forecasts.
• Develop financial models and scenario / sensitivity analysis.
• Support strategic planning and management reporting.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Maintain KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Support evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3–4 years of relevant FP&A and financial-modelling experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, CA or ACCA is preferred.
