Job Description

Manage HSSE activities across automotive facilities, including inspections, risk assessments, emergency planning, regulatory compliance, audits and team oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE operations across assigned Al-Futtaim Automotive facilities and conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce preventable incidents and improve hazard identification and reporting.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, first-aid and fire-warden readiness, permits, licences and regulatory compliance.
• Lead HSSE training, ISO-improvement initiatives, security-performance checks and team performance reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Health & Safety, Security, Police, or a similar field, including incident investigation, emergency preparedness and team management.
