• Analyse financial and operational performance and key value drivers.
• Track value-creation initiatives and challenge management assumptions.
• Lead forward-looking financial analysis, performance reviews and variance / trend analysis.
• Build financial models, forecasts and strategic-planning scenarios.
• Evaluate investments, valuations, returns, funding options and downside cases.
• Prepare executive recommendations and decision-support analysis.
• Use approved internal generative-AI platforms to improve analysis and productivity where appropriate.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and work effectively with teams.
• Strong English communication.
