The Resident Engineer leads site supervision for complex iconic building projects in Dubai, covering structural, architectural, façade, MEP, quality, safety and stakeholder interfaces. In practice, the role also covers lead supervision of complex building construction works, along with monitor structural works, facades, finishes and MEP interfaces.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Lead supervision of complex building construction works.
- Monitor structural works, facades, finishes and MEP interfaces.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and client teams.
- Manage technical and construction risks and HSE requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams and senior project meetings.
- Support quality, testing, completion and handover activities.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- 15–18 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience on iconic and large-scale building projects.
- Experience with structural steel, high-end finishes, façade/cladding and MEP integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Rail experience is desirable.
- Master’s degree and chartered status are preferred.
