• Carry out remeasurement and valuation of completed works.
• Review interim and final accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports.
• Assess variations and contractual claims.
• Manage provisional sums and nominated subcontractor matters.
• Review insurance and bond requirements.
• Attend commercial and contract meetings and support contract administration.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of post-degree contracts/commercial experience.
