Job Description

Leads major roads, utilities and urban-development infrastructure works from delivery coordination through to commissioning and handover. The role contributes to Hill International’s specialist programme, project and construction management consulting operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction contractors, programme delivery and engineering interfaces.
• Monitor contract requirements, quality, HSE, schedule and financial controls.
• Coordinate logistics, commissioning, inspections, handover and snag-list completion.
• Manage stakeholders, procurement interfaces and delivery risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 20 years of major infrastructure experience within the GCC.
• At least five years as Project Manager on roads, utilities or urban-development works.
• Demonstrable PMC, contract-administration and stakeholder-management background.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or APM certification is preferred.
