Four-month on-site HR consulting project managing delivery of HR regulations and an integrated HR Management Framework across workstreams, stakeholders, governance and bilingual deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Manage plan, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate current-state assessment, HR regulations, policies/procedures, operating model, job architecture, grading, HR plans and implementation materials.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops/interviews/reviews.
• Coordinate draft-review cycles and close stakeholder comments.
• Maintain alignment across HR policies, job architecture, reward, competencies and career paths.
• Coordinate HR subject-matter and legal inputs and assure Arabic/English consistency.
• Maintain governance, status reports, action logs, issue/risk registers and decisions.
• Support change management, communications, training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably HR transformation or Human Capital consulting.
• Strong project/stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive communication.
• Experience with complex HR transformation, policy, operating-model or organizational-development projects.
• UAE government/public-sector experience.
• Big-4 or leading Human Capital/People Advisory background strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
