Four-month on-site consulting role developing compensation, benefits, grading and HR-policy frameworks for an Abu Dhabi organization aligned with applicable UAE and Abu Dhabi government frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Assess current reward, grading and HR policies and identify gaps.
• Lead salary-and-benefits study covering salaries, allowances and reward components.
• Develop compensation and benefits policies aligned with the proposed HR Regulation.
• Support job architecture and grading design.
• Review UAE and Abu Dhabi government frameworks and tailor recommendations.
• Define eligibility, governance and approval provisions for reward policies.
• Support wider HR policy/procedure/template development and comparative analysis.
• Work with legal specialists/stakeholders and support Arabic/English documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR consulting or specialist experience in compensation, benefits, reward, grading and HR policy.
• Experience in compensation/benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, grading and policy development.
• Understanding of job architecture, grading, allowances and benefits structures.
• Experience with UAE government compensation and HR frameworks.
• Big-4 Human Capital or Reward consulting strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Finance or related field; Master’s/reward qualification preferred.
