Carrier is hiring a Senior Business Development Associate in Dubai to support growth across the UAE. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, tailoring solutions to customer needs and helping position Carrier as a trusted partner for intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement key-account strategies and achieve assigned business-development and sales KPIs.
• Research, identify and qualify prospective customers through market research, networking, events and other channels.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and conduct outreach through meetings, email, telephone, social media and appropriate channels.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers and understand customer requirements.
• Work with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and participate in customer projects.
• Prepare and support presentations, proposals, bids, contracts and commercial responses and participate in negotiations.
• Customize packaged offerings using customer feedback and market needs, monitor UAE trends and competitors, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare KPI, pipeline and business-opportunity reports, collaborate across sales, engineering and operations, and represent Carrier at trade shows, workshops and customer engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification; Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• MBA or additional business qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, sales or a related commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market; government-sector and/or key-account experience is preferred.
• HVAC, climate, building or energy-solutions knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Arabic, valid UAE driving license, CRM and standard business-application proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
