Role Overview

Viessmann Middle East, within Carrier's climate-solutions portfolio, is hiring a Technical Service Engineer for boilers in Dubai. The role is field-facing and covers technical support, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, warranty activity and practical training for customers, contractors, installers and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to customers, contractors, installers, consultants and service partners both remotely and on-site.
• Respond to service requests, diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform start-up, commissioning, testing and handover in line with Viessmann standards and technical procedures.
• Carry out service, repair, preventive maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage warranty cases and prepare accurate service documentation, commissioning records and site reports through the designated Service Portal.
• Deliver technical and practical field training for contractors, installers, service partners and customers.
• Support spare-parts quotations, service proposals and maintenance offerings.
• Participate in standby and emergency-response rotations, including weekend and after-hours support when required.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification, diploma or equivalent technical education.
• At least 5 years of relevant field-service, commissioning, maintenance or technical-support experience in heating, hot-water or boiler systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance and repair experience in customer-facing technical environments.
• Boiler and hot-water systems experience is required; steam-boiler and heat-pump experience is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and product documentation.
• Valid UAE driving license, strong customer-service and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the UAE and join standby/emergency rotations.
• Good written and spoken English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
