Response Times

We aim to respond to genuine enquiries as soon as possible, usually within a few business days (Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time). Enquiries received on Fridays or public holidays may be handled on the next working day.

We do not operate a 24-hour safety helpline — MoHRE and the relevant police or cybercrime authority are the appropriate authorities for urgent fraud and employment violations.

We cannot: arrange job interviews on your behalf, guarantee the outcome of job applications, provide immigration or visa advice, give legal or financial advice, or resolve disputes between employers and employees.
