Why Post on UAEJobs
Reach candidates actively searching for jobs in UAE across all professional sectors and locations.
Your vacancy is tagged to the relevant sector and location — surfacing it to candidates using the right filters.
Listings are connected to the relevant UAE location pages — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and other UAE locations.
UAEJobs is designed to prioritise listings from verifiable employers. This helps candidates apply with higher confidence and clearer expectations.
The majority of UAE job seekers search on mobile. UAEJobs is fully mobile-optimised for maximum reach.
UAE recruits internationally. UAEJobs is indexed for overseas candidates searching for UAE opportunities from outside UAE.
UAEJobs is part of the El7far jobs network — connecting employers across the GCC with active candidates on a trusted, established platform.
How to Post a Job
A simple three-step process to get your vacancy in front of UAE candidates.
Use the Contact page to submit your vacancy details. Include your company name, the role title, location, and a description of the requirements. For bulk or ongoing hiring, let us know your volume and frequency requirements.
The UAEJobs team reviews your submission against our publishing standards — a verifiable employer, a specific role, and honest application instructions. If approved, your listing can be published and tagged to the relevant sector and location labels.
Your listing includes your preferred application method — email, portal, WhatsApp, or walk-in. Candidates apply directly to you. UAEJobs does not handle applications on behalf of employers.
Listing Requirements
Submitted listings are reviewed against these standards to protect candidates and maintain platform integrity.
The employer must be a registered company in UAE (MoHRE registered) or a verifiably legitimate overseas employer. Listings without a named, verifiable employer may not be published.
The application contact email must use the employer's official domain. Free email provider addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) are not accepted for professional employer listings.
Vague listings ("Various positions available", "Multiple vacancies") may be rejected. Each listing should include a specific job title and an honest description of the role, requirements, and application process.
Listings must not instruct candidates to pay any fee at any stage. This includes application fees, processing fees, visa fees, uniform deposits, or any other charge. Listings that request candidate fees are removed immediately.
If salary or package information is included, it must reflect realistic market rates for the role. Listings with implausibly high salary claims designed to attract clicks may be rejected.
Fraudulent listings are removed and reported. Any listing found to be fraudulent — whether discovered through candidate reports or internal review — is removed immediately and the submitter's details are referred to the MoHRE and UAE police or cybercrime authority as appropriate.
