By accessing and using UAEJobs at uaejobs.el7far.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, job seekers, employers, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

About UAEJobs

UAEJobs is a job listing platform operated as part of the El7far network. The Site aggregates and publishes job vacancies to help job seekers in the UAE and internationally find employment opportunities. UAEJobs is a job board — not a recruitment agency — and does not act as an agent for employers or candidates.

Job Listings — Disclaimer

UAEJobs publishes listings sourced from employers and third-party sources. While we take reasonable steps to review sources and publishing standards where practical, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or current availability of any listing published on the Site. Employment opportunities may have changed, closed, or been misrepresented by the original source by the time you view them.

We strongly encourage all users to independently verify the legitimacy of any employer before submitting personal information or documents. See the Safe Job Search Guide and the Official Apply Links page for guidance on how to verify employers and apply safely.

UAEJobs is not responsible for: any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on any listing on the Site; the outcome of any job application submitted by you; the conduct of any employer or recruiter whose listing appears on the Site; or any fraudulent listing that appears on the Site despite our efforts to prevent publication of fraudulent content.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Site to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated job listings
• Solicit payments, fees, or personal documents from job seekers in connection with any listing
• Impersonate any employer, recruiter, or other person or organisation
• Collect personal data from other users of the Site without their consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Site without our written permission
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

We reserve the right to remove any listing, block any user, and report any conduct to the relevant authorities — including MoHRE and the relevant police or cybercrime authority — where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters who submit listings to UAEJobs confirm that: the listing represents a genuine employment opportunity with a verifiable employer; the listing does not charge candidates any fee at any stage; the listing complies with applicable UAE laws and regulations; and all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings and for their conduct in the recruitment process. UAEJobs is not a party to any employment relationship or agreement between an employer and a candidate.

Intellectual Property

The content on UAEJobs — including text, graphics, logos, and page structure — is owned by or licensed to El7far. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our written permission. Job listing content remains the property of the originating employer or platform.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including employer careers portals, external job boards, and government resources. These links are provided for your convenience. UAEJobs does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any transactions you enter into with them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UAEJobs and the El7far network are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable UAE laws and regulations, to the extent applicable. Any dispute should be handled through the competent authorities or courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
